We value your support and want to make sure that you are satisfied with our service and products. Toilet Paper Kingdom's refund of online purchases allows customers to return purchased items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund, minus delivery fee, where applicable.
The item(s) must be in the original, unused condition and packaging.
Upon returning the item(s), please send an email to the following email address to report the return of your item, including a reason for the return: info@toiletpaperkingdom.com.
The shipping of refunded items will be at the expense of the customer unless the return is due to a shipping/delivery error or manufacturing defect.
If the shipping is due to a shipping/delivery error or manufacturing defect, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label for the return of the item.
